Recipe for the “Sentopia” sculpture: about 1,000 bags, about 1 kg of electronic waste, about 3 kg of old ceramics, 1 sack of old clothes, 10 kg of stale cement, tile adhesive and grout, boat varnish (for glazing). The sculpture was prepared by Stefan Boškoćević, a student of the Faculty of Arts in Mitrovica, with the assistance of Anđela Ranković and participants of the “Art from waste” workshop.
The workshop where the sculpture “Sentopia” was created was held in the Children’s Cultural Center “Cactus” in Mitrovica on August 25, 2022. The workshops are held as part of the IV Eco Art Fest organized by “Aquarius” and supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC.
