There are also invisible environmental heroes among us. They work in public utility companies. And they try to make our living environment more beautiful every day. One of them is Nemanja Radovanović from Zvečan. That’s why we organized the “Environmental Heroes” workshop in Zvečan on August 27, 2022, where the participants had the opportunity to talk with Nemanja Radovanović, the president of the union of public utilities workers in Zvečan.
A conversation with the invisible environmental heroes of the city will enable festival participants to get to know the daily work and challenges of workers whose activities are related to environmental protection. The children who met the “Ecological Heroes” in the workshops that will be organized afterwards will draw thank you cards for these “invisible” heroes, and the author of the best drawing will participate in one of the eco camps in the region.
This year’s, fourth in a row, Eco Art Fest is realized under the slogan “Reduce, reuse, recycle”. The organizer of the festival is the Mitrovica NGO Art Point “Akvarijus”, and this year the festival is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC.
